Since 9/11, I have equated violence of any sort with terrorism. The natural emotion elicited by criminals is fear and terror. The repeated violence directed at Mrs. Dawson and her family surely resulted in her entire family living day to day in terror. It seems to be in the nature of man that some will terrorize others. The deterent to that would be a force...... police in this case..... to terrorize the drug gangs. I also am beginning to believe that the only way to control drug terrorists is for the government to create another agency who's sole responsibility would be to legalize, monitor, control, sell and tax drugs. Put a lot of Columbians and small time farmers into another taxpaying category all together. The people of Oakland must rely on the illicit drug industry for their livelihood. Otherwise one would think they would be glad to pay for more cops to control the drug gangs? It's a bad scene when the cops don't find those who terrorize and kill whole families who only want their streets to be safe from drug deales/addicts so their kids can know normal. M
