I agree with your post, and of what the Muslim population on whole must be experiencing.....confusion and fear over the orders they might have received from their spiritual leaders. IMO, many of their dictates go against basic human instinct.

I hope that all peace loving Muslims find a strong voice within their community to speak up against the tyrannical Mullahs that presume to represent them.

So far, I haven't heard that voice. All that means is that I have not heard that voice in case Thomas is wondering.

That IS the crux of the matter. I'm afraid that Americans in general don't realize the extent to which terrorists will go to achieve their "self-serving" "political" objectives. That terrorists will manage to inflict great harm with huge loss of life. That America isn't doing everything it could to prevent this type of occurrence because public sentiment won't allow for the extreme measures necessary to avert such actions.

I hope I'm wrong about terrorist power.

Thankfully, President Bush and his advisors seem to understand completely.
