At 35% undervalued now- a spx of 350 would put us at 90% undervalued holding interest rates constant. But a drop like that would surely cut rates in half again, so that would put us upwards of 200% undervalued.. I think he must've swallowed a hallucinogenic bear pill or something. <g>

Just in case he's right, I'm gonna hide a gold necklace in a coffee can in the back yard. That oughta about be about enough to buy a seat on the exchange next year if he's correct.
