Is gold legal tender or just a commodity?
If just a commodity then
Are payments received (bartered) for services taxable?
If not
If an enterprise pays (barters) employees services with gold (i.e ala GoldMoney.com) are the employees compensation taxable?

jw, if this is the beginning of a major EW down sequence the target would on the order of 90 or less. We should have confirmation within a week or two.

Looks to be possible that things are lining up here.

Notice gold held nicely again today as well.

Treasuries are another issue. Not sure what is cooking there yet.
