No,they let you keep your poetic license no matter what, but they impound your Poesycopter for flying low near brittle structures. The downwash will do damage to the thatched huts supposedly inhabited by the many beetle-browed forest dwellers. These people are largely theoretical, as no one has actually met a middle earth person, let alone one who has had his hut blown over by an Elite Mark III Ground-Attack Rotary-Wing Missile Platform. But they make the rules based on the lowest-common denominator standard, ergo, "What would my maiden aunt say about it after she has had a few blasts of Newfy screech?" or better still, "What draconian measures exist that we can routinely get away with that give us the greatest sadistic pleasure?"
