The feature rich Nokia 6200 phone boasts a large, high resolution color display optimized for image display and XHTML browsing, features predictive text input and an ergonomically designed keyboard with large buttons for fast and easy mobile messaging, and supports MMS for sending and receiving messages containing text and pictures. Users can also enjoy a high-quality sound experience with polyphonic MIDI ring tones, the integrated stereo FM radio, and voice recordings. With the Nokia 6200 EDGE handset, users are able to download content, applications, access Internet and intranet information quickly and efficiently at data rates approximately two times (up to 118 kbps) that of conventional dial up (56 kbps). Personal data from the calendar, address book and to-do lists can also be remotely synchronized over the air with a network server or locally with a PC using IR (infrared) or an optional data cable to keep vital information up to date. The Nokia 6200 also supports Java technology enabling users to download personalized content and applications of their choice, whether it is for entertainment, lifestyle management, or travel, for example. The Nokia 6200 phone also features an enhancement connector designed to support advanced functionalities such as digital accessory identification, stereo audio or fast data connectivity.
