<<...how much did the Cubs cough up to clear him of his IRS issues...>>

Chicago is VERY PLEASED with the selection of Dusty Baker as the new manager of the Cubs...The full details of his 4-year contract have not been revealed. Yet, the tax obligation (where he may still owe the IRS about a million dollars for what happened a while ago) shouldn't be tough to resolve. I've heard Dusty will be making about $15 Million over 4 years plus there is the potential for significant performance bonuses IF the Cubs hit certain milestones. Dusty is a great manager and a possibility thinker -- Chicago is stepping up to the plate and embracing him. Turning the Cubs around may be his greatest challenge...Yet, I have faith in him...;-)
