Bush is in charge NOT CHENEY The answer of who is in charge is not easy, because it's not just Cheney, it's not just Rove, it's more like a comittee (probably the Republican re-election committee and their funders). What is obvious is that Junior is just a script reader with blow-dried hair. Every little initiative that he though up off the cuff, (remember closing the firing range in Puerto Rico, or expanding trade and immigration with Mexico) were hushed up and dropped. Instead Junior stumps around for Rupert Murdoch's project of the week using A Rove supplied script and a soothing rationalization from Condi Rice. TP
