Where does Canada figure? BTW where do we all figure?

A quick search on Google shows none of us give more than 1% of GDP in Foreign Aid. If a bumb needs $100 to get back on his feet and an American gives him a dime, a Canadian is feeling good about himself for - giving 29 cents. The Danes gave the most - 99 cents. Collectively none gave enough to dent the needs :-(

The hard part of this is the famines in southern and eastern Africa, where despite all the supposed European aid - no one can find any food to replace the 'unacceptable' US food.
