It is D,E Band. But those bands are 1800 MHz are they not?

I believe 1800 Mhz spectrum is considered C Band. Still no interest in those licenses, however they are available as a "request to bid". Why would CDMA operators bid on 1800Mhz spectrum when there is neither infrastructure nor user terminals for such a network?

Also, while originally earmarked for PCS I believe that WiLL or fixed wireless can now be offered in those bands per an Anatel ruling last year.

That is my understanding also.
