Godot Yesterday's moving average test was a critical test of the gap theroy. The 50dMA has improved to 1.76 as the stock became too oversold to fill any lower gaps. The low of the day was 1.77 thus testing the average. Today's crossover of short and mid term Stoch's with improved RSI (about to cross back over the 50 line) gives a better than 75% chance of the higher gap to fill at 2.25. Of course, as always, this is valid only if everything about the company remains the same. Good news could drive the price back toward 2.50, while bad news could take it back to support or beyond in a hurry. Ken
