Yeah, I recall Thomas and Betts. I doubt whether the scope of work agreement would require them in the loop at this time, that may cost additional delays. That is only an opinion. VLNC has to learn the "pains of producing the modules/prototypes according to TYC specs and working with OEM's like TYC Electronics for various installations and configurations" just as they learned from the N-Charge glitch from the NI plant. I do not know how TYC Electronics and Betts are structured as business units in the huge TYC conglomerate. TYC Electronics needs new business to bolster their revenues and report profits to the Corporate Office. If this test succeeds, may be they have the options of producing batteries in-house by Betts. jmo. Ram

I hold shares in Thomas and Betts (TNB). I believe that Tyco just purchased the TDI Battery division rather than the whole company. FWIW
