Interesting .. we were just talking here of the cornish, that supertanker of diesel that went down this morning was just off La Coruña in Galicia, most distinguishing roots there are celtic, much connection with Cornwall, the romans believed the two to be of one people, similar mining/trading traditions, and it's the only other place to have bagpipes .... lots of red and blond hair, blue and green eyes, taller stature, language hints ... natives are called gallegos, and much of the hispano world makes about them jokes that correspond to our newfie jokes ... but like newfies gallegos flaunt their roots, for good reason, Julio Iglesias is one known to us here, clearly he has something to offer, if Willy Nelson will sing with him
