Maybe from the female Desert Yeti

--Mythical monster believed to inhabit the Himalayas near the snow line. OR..The Female Desert Yeti...thought to resemble an oversized man covered with shaggy fur. Easily found by listening for the consistent coughing and hacking of the male members. Few sightings are ever reported or admitted to.
