Canadian Royalties has agreed to increase the private placement financing with Dundee Securities Corp. acting as agent (see Stockwatch news dated Nov. 18, 2002) from $8.5-million to $9-million by the issuance of an additional: 140,000 units at a price of $2.50 per unit on a best-efforts basis resulting in additional proceeds of $350,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one warrant.
