It's more like watching a flood than a war.


Reminds me of a book by Peter Blauner, Called "Slow Motion Riot," about the disaster of crime and social decay in New York City during the '70s and '80s. However, I still think the "Belfast" simile is close. Only Palestine is much more bloody.

We have had some back and forth about the tactics of this last incident in Hebron. It was a classic "small unit' ambush setup. The Israelis fell for it because the Palestinians had not used it recently.
