Some goes to remove the graffiti these punk-a$$ idiots scribble along the roads. I suspect much goes for the 8 or 10 or 12 foot walls which are suppose to keep noise away from the homes which were so wisely built along the freeways. BTW, I see that Las Vegas hasn't learned anything from us as they are building homes up the edge of their freeways as well. What do they say? Money talks, BS walks. :)
