It still came as a bit of a shock to find out that senior government-appointed clerics, especially here in this second-largest receiver of U.S. foreign aid, Egypt, would not just tolerate hate speech, but have become its most dedicated practitioners. SO are government-appointed clerics, known to speak for the hears and souls of the people? I believe this cleric is pestilence. It's a not surprising to me as I had read similar accounts months ago. Tactically, Iraq is the best place to start a real democracy that can spread as an anti-biotic killing off hate and intolerance.
