That sounds frightening to me. How cold does it have to be for frost bite to occur? Isn't that why you're suppose to be with a partner, to look at each other's face? Where did you trap, and for how long? Beavers built a dam behind our swim club. We had to pay to have the critters removed, and their dam chopped down. Too bad you weren't around. I don't think the people who caught the beavers and the ducks were suppose to kill them. No telling what happened to them. Once they left our property, it was the trappers concern.
