Most of them outgrow the idea of joining in a "world community" and giving away their hard earned money, once the first pay check arrives. My son said it best after his first McDonald's paycheck, where he was a master chef. "The government is stealing all my money." By the way, he NEVER cooked at home, I don't know why they thought putting a flipper in his hand, and a paper hat on his head would made him a cook. His favorite food is still grease laden. Once he learned how to flip a burger, there was no turning back.
