Elroy: You are the BIG DAWG here. I need some advice. My broker says to extend the contract, she says she has a client for a return vist day after turkey day. I am thinking 56K off (commission costs deduckted) for FSBO sale. Plus I can do open house no costs involved, just stay home and wait. Is this advisable or should I just say farkit and sell cheep? I am thinking I could be relaxing on the beach in BoraBora know what I mean? (PS not in the high class resort but in the poor folks section down the road) Maybe I should consider Raiatea?
