Why is it a surprise?
Because Enbridge invested in this POS years ago with the understanding that they were to have Canadian distribution rights.... to a supposedly commercial device.
And might I add, it was asked if everyone thought Enbridge had done their due diligence... and of course it was all assumed they had.... and of course it was all assumed they had been privy to confidential information.... that would have made Enbridge commit to invest in somerthing that is a commercial certainty.....
Why not ask Enbridge if they would invest today... knowing what we all know? They just might be as surprised as we are.
