Wayne,

Companies are always successful at selling flow through shares 10-15% above market price. The reason is that flow throughs are dedcutible from revenues for Canadians.

I know that manipulation is quite impossible,not to mention illegal, but the conspiracy theorist in me says that it only looked like a struggle while it was held in check for an upcoming deal.
