Every hot stock I have owned went through the same thing on the way up. QCOM, AOL, NT, CIEN, INTC, IBM, GLW, JDSU. There is a time to sell and looking at LU @ 1.24 the time was @ 100. Now is the time to buy. A hot stock is GLW down from 100, now moving up. Once above 5 will probably see some downgrades. Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you.

Cree CEO Chuck Swoboda did not agree. "We're hearing in the market from the handset guys it looks like a good trend," he said. "We haven't changed any of our story."

Cree is boosting capacity so it can handle demand for its chips. It expects more than $51 million in revenue in the current quarter, up from $48.8 million in the quarter that ended in October. SNIP
