Man YOU live in the asylum :-). I have spent more time in that rat hole than my house :-). Lot of water under the bridge in the last year or so. About 2 months ago the Providers of poison ( read Oncologist ) said the chemo was no longer working and there were 3 choices. Two more drugs to try, one was effective maybe 10 % of the time and the other was less than that. Third options was do nothing and keep her comfortable and it would be a matter of months. Thoses didnt seem like good choices so we saw a Surgeon at MDA and they took the right lobe of the liver out ( about 60 % ). She is doing fine as far as the surgery goes, just still a little sore. We go back to your lovely %^$#@ hole :-) Friday the 6th and see the poison doctor. He may still want her to take the other chemo. At least for now, as far as they can tell, the liver is clear of tumors. Course they dont have equiptment that will find the micro stuff but the big ones are gone. Man that girl is toughfer than a pine knot:-)
