Sec. 59. Any person who violates for the first time Section 49, 50,
51, 52, 53, 54, 55, or 56 of this Act is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
Any person who violates for the first time Section 27 of this Act is
guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
Any person who has been previously convicted under Section 49, 50,
51, 52, 53, 54, 55, or 56 of this Act and who subsequently violates any
of the Sections is guilty of a Class 3 felony. Any person who has been
previously convicted under Section 27 of this Act and who subsequently
violates Section 27 is guilty of a Class 4 felony. In addition,
whenever any person is punished as a repeat offender under this Section,
the Director of the Department shall proceed to obtain a permanent
injunction against such person under Section 61 of this Act.
