"I have laid out multiple times my offer to apologize"

An offer to apologise is not an apology. Apologies are not negotiated..or conditional on the rain in Spain. They spring from an awareness of having personally hurt someone in a manner which one feels does not truly reflect his/her character.

Everybody is responsible for their assessment of their own behaviour independently of others. If you think a lot of the interactions with Poet were not your better side, then you would want to correct the impression that Poet and others took from the experience.

The value of your apology, both to Poet and (most importantly) to yourself, is neither advanced nor retarded by the actions of anyone else.

"I have laid out multiple times my offer to apologize."

At no time have you offered to apologize. You have proposed a grandiose plan to have the past participants of this thread provide appeasement to your ego; but at no time did that include, on your part, an extention of sincere regret, admission of error, or determination to make right the wrongs you have perpetrated. It did not and could not since the ideas are incompatible. Your proposals accomplished little except to convince anyone who would give you the slightest benefit of doubt that you simply do not have it in you. And so, many long term contributors have opted for exodus.
