AMZN short starting to work . . .

>>7:42AM Amazon.com: Pru reiterates Sell rating due to valuation (AMZN) 22.57: Prudential reiterates their Sell rating and $10 price target, saying no matter how you look at the numbers the stock is overvalued; in addition, firm says that sales revealed in co's "Delight-O-Meter" are not particularly clear.<<

I bought puts, so I won't need to be greedy; a dip below $21 is all I need. Some have suggested that the market's reaction to weakness in weekend retail numbers is overdone, as the time between Thanksgiving and the end of the month was much shorter than usual. I'll be out before that can be proven or disproven, but labor figures point to the lower end of whatever range of Xmas revenues such folks might bandy about, IMO.

Resignations may pave way for more favorable people, but that is a ways away, and the Iraq situation will scrooge us before then.

Back in my more usual hat ("biodude"), I paper shorted CHIR @ $40.25. Anybody here follow this one? PG?

Cheers, Tuck
