I told you I had no such references, and I offered an alternative in the dictionary, and in common sense. I say again: If you need to find a law to guide you as to how to make an apology, or as to how to feel and to express regret...then I cannot be helpful to you in that regard. If you lack this capacity, it is not something which can be remedied with law books or manuals, imo. Now I have some important matters to look after so I will discuss this further with you later..
