I don't think there's consensus here about AA's hypothosis of flat to up for the next month. I do agree that in "the world" at large, there's a lot less belief in da bear than before.

I was more discussing near term issues here. We have called 17 of the last 2 tops <g/ng>. It's not that price has run away or anything. Dow is still well below that recent high, and still could be in that bigger H+S and all.

We'll see what's what soon enough, I suspect, in the short term. Longer term, I am also in the new lows in 2003 camp as of now.
