Investors Intelligence said their bear reading today is down to 24.7. the lowest reading in the past five years was 22.9. is that also consistent with your theory of a new bull market? do bull markets always start with record low numbers of bears?

meanwhile, the PE on the SPX is around 38. do bull markets always start with PEs 171% above the historical norm?
