You don't need an agent for a film contract, you can deal with them directly, but you'll need to know if their offer is fair and clean... a good contract needs to include payments to you for television picture productions, series, mini-series, and repeats... everything has to be broken down by the broadcast hour... for example, you should get $10,000.00 for each broadcast hour of a mini-series, and so on... first, get the contract, then I can tell you how it looks... it sounds promising... the less special effects needed, the better for the studio because special effects costs them a fortune and would reduce their budget for other things...
