Just saw a neat but polite argument between Martin Resch floor trader options in Pacific Exchange and Jack Bouroujidian floor trader futures, Martin a bear, Jack a Bull.
Martin says "the VIX is showing no fear, it is telling me investors are now simply assuming nothing bad happens until January. It feels too heavy too complacent" and he thinks this means trouble near term.
Jack says, as ALWAYSm that there is tons of cash on the sidelines and they will have to come in.
Martin gave a disgusted look and said "no no no".
He holds the money on the sidelines doesn't want to come and isn't going to come in.Jack says the fund managers have to jump in or they can get fired. Max
