"there do appear to be variances (within your sample) There may be variances but not essential variances. Some people label it a "bully" problem, some consider it criminal harassment, some think it just extreme bad manners, some emotional abuse, etc etc. These variances are marginal and so don't effect the essential definition of it and its resolution. They don't "matter" in regards to the resolutions that have been proposed. "Feeling embarrassed for someone else is a very strange thing and says quite a bit about you." Really? What?
