Well, when IBM for example, has taken on debt in the past in the form of issuing bonds it has signaled a cycle low in the stock price.
If this holds true, AMD is in store for a rocket ride.

I suspect you're right. The problem with these situations is that the guys at the top, like Sanders, and his cohorts, always find ways to cover their ass while everyone else takes gas.
