It has been explained on the thread that Al can only exit using the rules in force at the time of the entry. Al's criteria are then judged on results with respect to the time taken to achieve the results.

So if a trade is bad, and the latest batch evidently were, they will be judged upon closing. If the rules are changed mid trade, then the judgement will not be accurate and there will be a less clear picture of which strategies to keep, and which to toss out.

I am sure you are making big bucks. Most posters who spend their time hassling people making valuable contributions do. Lucretious is proof of that. Let me know when you are ready to buy out Soros. Come to think of it, Soros never posted any Rydex numbers for me so forget I mentioned it.
