Mike: Right you are unless Tiger Woods took out double citizenship - which he has not - he is 100% American. Yes, indeed. You are absolutely right on that. Mea Culpa. It is only in certain religions that the Mother determines who you are religiously - and even then, not your citizenship. Best. Mike: My age and lack of agility is showing. In my haste, I added a link re: 450 to the Tiger Woods mea culpa. The Russian example is not the best of course to explain why 450 may well have a market where there are large distances - low cost over space. And in some areas of the world, the regulators have not slammed the door on it solidly - yet. But they will in the EU IMO. (Hope I am wrong on that of course - often am).
