Nice of you to say that! Thanks! But I don't think that's correct. More likely Bush and Powell now 1. seem to be heeding the advice of Prince Abdullah (?) of Saudi Arabia who came in March to have a series of long talks with Bush; 2. are showing kindness and consideration to Moslems as a first (test???) step in delegitimizing the militants' excuses and claims for justice; (Osama had warned in his latest tape that if the Coalition escalates its action, so will Al_Qaeda respond accordingly.)
