I think that companies have taken longer to consolidate because they were sorting through the mess. And it is a considerable mess.
But the way is finally looking clear. Slow steady increases are likely from here. But I wouldn't be surprised if we had another dump, either. There are still alot of die hard bears out there, just like there were so many die hard bulls.
Right now, technical traders are doing well.
