I'm in NTES for sure. Financials are simply not credible, particularly in light of former restatement and settled shareholders suit. The chart is fabulous. There is something very wrong with NTES, perhaps the following is part of it. A kind soul provided me with a translation of an article in China. The English is a bit rough, but you get the idea. "Why charge me? A guy called Yueng Yuen speak to newspaper guy, he register his cell phone #, however a short service was occur in the screen, not undestanding, he made a mistake of the choice,he took a choice of # sign.. after register, he found the cell phone was stop due to (no payment), so he immediately stop the cellphone, however no return on all the expense.. He has wrote a letter, the result is they have checked your cell phone, you need to payment although without one month, (same charge as one month - by policy),once you have swith on ..you need to pay by monthly basis, if you need more information of the function of the cell phone,please phone on office hour..in our center.. This is different form him, first he think this is charge by times, however it charge by month.. This case was happened manay many times & many people, they are saying WHY CHARGE ME?.. over 30% has reflect this problem.. & understand why over expense in the cell phone.. The newspaper guy try to proof this case, they take one phone for test, once they switch on the cell phone, enter the #.. everything is normal, the third step (see the screen) problem come out.. screen have 8 short message & hard to enter the next step, different color different word etc.. this is hard to define this msg need to charge or not.. usually the user will choose the wrong, usually will get into charges.."
