None of my information came from textbooks, so I suggest you try another wild guess. Art Laffer never was an advisor to Reagan, which you would know if you had the "unique position" you claim. Martin Anderson, on the other hand, was a member of Reagan's inner circle back to his time as California Governor. Obviously you know little of how the Administration designed its economic policy. Save your pretensions for someone who won't spot your bullshit.
