I think Augie's post answers your question on why retailers are going up with rotten fundamentals. Same true for semis and semi equip stocks. Look at AMAT where a credible fundmental analysis has a fair value at $10 but the auction value for the STOCK is $17.04. Over time valuation should revert to some rational relationship to underlying fundamentals and we could be in the middle of a really big con game.
