loantech..If GG buysout HL, GG will take a hit from the arb shorts and HL will blast up from the longs on the otherside of the arb. For the arb, this will lock in the convexity area until the merger takes place....risks...if the merger falls apart, the short GG gets cooked as well as the long HL.
