Yeah, definitely forget I mentioned CEPH as a short candidate on any fundamental basis. Further research with a little help from my friends shows Provigil is safe from generics. Not they won't go through the motions. A case for shorting CEPH for technical reasons could be made, but probably best made by someone more competent than I at that stuff.

CHIR, otoh, is a possibility (starting to check it out), in addition to the others I mentioned. And AFFX. I like them, but they are getting pricey again.
