tactical lie refers to the legal or official use of the term reverend and the meaning of cleric. Are the subjects ordained by some recognized whatever. The stupidity narrow minded part goes to the fact that perception is reality and what the informed may know about the details is not known by the masses or a subset of the masses who think however stupidly. As stupidly as do the narrow minded thinkers that think they are informed and know so much. And the main point of the conversation you butted into was about what reality is really seen and do those "clerics" self proclaimed or appointed really reflect the hearts and soul of the common people. If in America squeaky wheels demonstrate a reality of a false reality, then in countries of controlled information the reality is even more distorted. And then there are the self appointed narrow minded who stupidly proffer all manner of the absurd. The pilch effect.
