How can you have empathy and support war and sanctions and in the same sentence mix oil in your answers?

Ultimately, their freedom will come at OUR hands, any war we conduct against Iraq will SAVE more innocent Iraqis than it will cost.

Oil is simply one of the factors that makes us willing to do what has to be done. We can't go around solving all human rights problems; but when we are able to do so while enhancing our own security, it should be done.

It is pretty hard for us to justify interfering in other nations' human rights issues; it is much easier, however, when we have a legitimate national security interest.

This is something you and I will disagree about forever. You think what we did in Kosovo was okay, while I didn't. I think what we're about to do in Iraq is appropriate while you don't.

It is futile, because you and I don't have the same values.
