You have that wrong. It was Monica who did Bill. As to the rest, well, if Bush is so competent, why after two years is the economy still a mess and Bush and fellow whiners are still blaming Clinton. Oh, that's right, Republicans just complain while they fail to do anything except make certain they know what every American is doing, thinking, buying, or saying about them.

Still, U.S. economic performance over the 8 years of Clinton averaged far better than during the subsequent 2 years of Bush II, or during the preceding 4 years of Bush I, and even was better than the average economic performance from the 8 years of Reagan/Bush... so, it's rather difficult for you to make much of a valid statistical complaint about those Clinton years - when compared to what occurred immediately before, or immediately after....
