Tonight, this afternoon, we are still fighting the good fight.. Water rights are so nebulous. They are like "use em, or lose em".. And I can't believe anyone that waves that worthless piece of paper naming "water rights" used their subsurface rights on a timely basis..

Water rights on a piece of paper is like holding an empty pipe and hoping water comes a long to fill it.. Water rights and a couple of bucks can get you a cup at Starbucks but maybe not a shower..

Sorry but I am still steamed about the current situation plus the other stuff that "out of the area" developers want to bring down on us..

Sort of like "Community Building", a microcosim of "Nation Building" and you know how I think of the latter and who represents who in the above scenario..

"Live and let live", I say again.
