I would rather see GG spend their many on a financially strong proven Canadian Explorer with documented and undervalued resources. (ala GLG FGX) It does not make sense to me for them to tarnish their strong balance sheet with a financially weak company like HL. I think they value strength and not leverage. Or could it be they anticipate finding another supermine near their present location?-or that they anticipate a huge expansion of their current resource?-These would require capital to develop.
