No. The Fed's manipulation of the money supply causes as many problems as it solves. My solution: Gut the corrupt, special interest loophole ridden tax code. Replace it with simple, fair, and low taxes. Free the economy by removing our mis-directed 'industrial policies' which uniformly favor 'sunset' smokestack industries over the true providers of job growth: small and new-tech business. By simplifying the tax codes and putting everyone on a level playing field, we will also save about $150 B. to $200 B. in annual compliance costs... both changes will rapidly increase economic growth, and return us to a state of affairs where a positive 'wealth effect' improves the lives of millions.
